A great covered outside deck facing main street - very pleasant and welcoming staff - very attentive to your needs. Food was reasonably priced and very good - we had the pizza and wings - EXCELLENT!!! Would highly recommend just based on the customer service alone.

Cate's Italian garden is a must visit if you get within 30 miles of Bolton Landing. You're greeted at the front of the establishment by Cate herself as well as two other beautiful hostesses. The lovely hostesses are very kind and accommodating to all of your needs and are a glimpse at the service to come. Cate's offers beautiful outdoor seating as well as family friendly indoor seating and an adults only dining room as well as as full bar. the service is great! my particular servers name was Heather. i was a little concerned when she approached my table with a trainee in tow but they were both wonderful and very accommodating. Heather seemed to be serving tables indoor and out but never fell short of excellent and attentive. Even though it was very busy (RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!) we felt like family at Cate's. the interior and exterior are beautiful with dangle lights and cute little candles. the decoration is fantastic and the aroma is enticing. The food went above and beyond expectations. both my wife and i's soup was incredible and the salad tasted like it was picked out of the garden that morning. My veal was cooked perfectly and so savory and juicy(not to mention the large portion size). my wife greatly enjoyed her lasagna and went so far as to say that it was better than her mothers! (may she rest in peace) the entire staff was very accommodating and polite and really made us feel like family. As a pure blood Italian i give Cate's 5 stars and thank the staff for a great dinner on 7/11/16!
